Ordering
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
Why didn't I get a confirmation e-mail?
If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail after placing your order, please contact our customer support team at contact@hannahinstyle.com. Your email may have been entered incorrectly, but we can fix that for you.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We ship all orders with USPS.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Your order will be shipped within 2 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

We want you to be happy with your order so we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - that means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order. Our goal is to provide a risk-free shopping experience for you.
Refunds & returns will not be processed after 30 days.
